Content Usage: All photos and videos created during STM Community trips, whether by STM Community content creators or clients, are the property of STM Community. These can only be used by STM Community Experiences for advertising across various media platforms. No one is allowed to use this digital content for advertising or commercial purposes without STM Community’s explicit permission.

Payment Policy: The full trip cost must be paid before the trip begins. Any pending payments may result in the cancellation of the trip.

ID Verification: All travelers must present a valid government ID before boarding. Boarding will not be permitted without valid ID verification.

Booking Transfer: Bookings are non-transferable. Only the individuals listed at the time of confirmation are allowed to travel.

International Travel Requirements: For international travel, travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months from the intended date of travel and is undamaged. STM Community is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or damaged passports. Any denial of entry and the associated costs are the traveler’s responsibility.

Non-Refundable Inclusions: No refunds will be issued for any trip inclusions not utilized by you.

Luggage and Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. STM Community management is not liable for any damage or loss of items during the tour.

Departure Timings: Departure times are fixed. Travelers must update their status with the trip coordinators and arrive at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will not wait for late arrivals, and no refunds will be provided for missed departures. Efforts will be made to contact you twice before departure.

Air Conditioning Policy: Air conditioning will be turned off in hilly areas and at the driver’s discretion during the trip to ensure safety and comfort along uneven and dangerous routes.

Health and Safety: Drinking and smoking are not Promoted by STM Community for Health and Safety Reasons. you should be a responsible traveler. The tours involve physically demanding activities like trekking and high-altitude camping, so it is recommended that participants be in good physical condition.

Liability: STM Community is not responsible for accidents, bodily injury, illness, death, loss of baggage or property, or any damages arising from negligence, delay, or other incidents outside its control.

Behavior and Conduct: Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. STM Community reserves the right to take appropriate action, including verbal warnings, mediation, or removal from the tour at the traveler’s expense.

Unforeseen Delays: STM Community is not responsible for delays or changes in the itinerary due to natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or other unforeseen events.

Emergency Services: In case of injury or illness during the tour, external evacuation or transport services may be necessary. Any additional costs for such arrangements will be the responsibility of the affected participant or their family.

Insurance: STM Community does not provide insurance coverage for sickness, accidents, or losses due to theft or other reasons. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance.

Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be altered due to factors such as weather conditions, road conditions, and participants’ physical abilities. Necessary changes will be made in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
